Lychee pearl spritz ( lychee syrup )
- 30 ML L’Aromix lychee syrup
- 40 ML white grape juice
- 15 ML lime juice
- ¾ cup of ice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker with lots of ice and shake.
Then strain the liquid in a stemmed wine glass filled with crushed ice.
Top up with tonic water
